Dilute 30 ml of the herbal infusion in one and a half liters of water and drink it throughout the day, preferably between meals and in small sips, to ensure adequate hydration. Alternatively, dilute 15 ml of the herbal infusion in 200 ml (a teacup) of boiling water, making sure to cover the cup to prevent the volatile substances from dispersing. It is recommended to consume two cups a day.
